Bumped and bruised, dings and dents, whatever you want to call it. These Solid Dish Soaps have minor cosmetic imperfections, like surface bubbles, uneven colour or size, but work just as well on your dirty dishes. 

Our Solid Dish Soap is a perfect zero waste option that cuts grease while staying gentle on your hands. This powerhouse cleaner can even take stains out for your clothes or spot clean your carpet.

Ingredients

All bars are made with Saponified cocos nucifera (Coconut) oil, saponified olea europaea (olive) oil, aqua.

Mint + Eucalyptus: montmorillonite (french green clay), mentha piperita oil, eucalyptus globulus leaf oil, rosmarinus officinalis leaf oil.

Citrus: citrus medica limonum, citrus sinensis, citrus aurantium bergamia fruit oil, annatto seed extract.

Charcoal: activated charcoal.

How to use

Create suds by rubbing the Solid Dish Soap with a brush or loofah. We recommend our Scrubber Brush, Dish Brush, Loofah or Sponge Cloth. 

Wash and rinse well.

Use warm water for the best results.

Store soap in our Soap Tray to keep it dry (and look nice on your counter).

Imperfectly PERFECT soaps!

These soaps are wonderful. Not only do they feel good to use, they last SO long and the light essential oil scents are fabulous! Thank you for creating such wonderful soaps and selling your imperfect soaps rather than simply throwing them out and deciding their not good enough. No waste! I'm all about that!

The best dish soap

I love Make Nice soaps! I love their sustainability, and if I'm gonna be hand washing dishes on the regular (spoiler alert: I AM), I want my soap to be made of natural ingredients to be safe and gentle on my hands. Love all the scents, but mint and eucalyptus is my fave! I also love supporting a female owned company. 💞

What are your Solid Dish Soap ingredients?

We like to keep things simple. Here’s why:

Coconut oil can cut down the most stubborn grease and creates lots of suds and bubbles.
Olive oil is gentle on skin and creates a soft lather.

Activated bamboo charcoal has toxin absorbing and antibacterial properties. It absorbs and binds to the harmful microbes so they can be flushed away.

Essential Oils give you a beautiful scent that is extracted from herbs and flowers and toxin-free. 

Are there any irritants in the Solid Dish Soaps?

All Solid Dish Soaps are paraben-free, SLS-free, palm oil-free and our scented soaps are made with only essential oils.

What is your product packaging made of?

Our packaging is compostable! We use biodegradable and compostable inks and sustainably sourced FSC-certified paper to make our packaging.
