Important Shipping Notes

Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate, including unit numbers, buzzer codes, and any other details required for delivery.

Returned or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to a $14 reshipping fee.

U.S. customers: Orders ship from Canada and may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Local Pick Up

Local pick up is available by appointment only.

Our studio is located in the basement and is accessible via the alley. Please use the door with the ramp for pick up.

Please ring the doorbell with our logo upon arrival.

Sustainable Shipping Materials

All packaging are sent in cardboard boxes, as well as repurposed boxes we've received from vendors or local stores. We use paper filler to ensure your order is delivered safely. We also use paper tape to keep you package plastic-free.

All printed items or stamps use biodegradable or soy-basked inks so that you are able to recycle the entirety of our packaging materials.
